| Management and control of the implementation of the rollout of the software and/or hardware, both in terms of standardisation as well as relative to the upgrading of the computer software and hardware |
| Making of back-ups of the information |
| Creation of an inventory of the fixed assets |
| Periodic reporting to the Customer |

| The following macro-activities are developed for the practice of Moving of Info-communications: |

| Survey and creation of inventories on the work places, equipment and infrastructure to be considered in the change |
| Preparation of the technical specifications and preparation of opinions/reports of recommendations for the awarding of contracts to Service Providers, if applicable |
| Selection and control of the Service Providers |
| Planning of the operation of change, with optimisation of total time and minimisation of impacts on the Customer's business |
